Here’s an optional tip of mine, in case you ever want to enhance your extraordinary push-up workout routines, Champ: Try elevating your upper chest by placing your toes on the ground and your hands flat on two separate, stable chairs—either hard or soft—positioned directly beneath your shoulders. Let your chest flow up and down between the chairs, keeping good posture, much like pressing a vehicle's gas pedal—steady and controlled. Breathe in and out using the consonant sound “T-T” or the affricate “Ch” as your breath flows, which will help expand your chest muscles and develop that masculine tone we gentlemen strive for daily. That’s how I built my own chest—through elevated drills like these, as you can see in my social media photos.
